PAYMENTS / CANCELLATION / TRAVEL INSURANCE
1.) Payment Structure
- Booking Payment: A $300 payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations made 45 days or less from arrival, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Custom payment schedules can be discussed if needed; please contact us to inquire.
2.) Cancellation
- Each payment is non-refundable once submitted.
3.) Travel Insurance
- Both options below are available during the booking process. Links with additional information will be available on the booking page.
- Option 1: Standard Travel Insurance
- This is available from the time of purchase and up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- This is available from the time of purchase and up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- Option 2: Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Insurance
- This must be purchased within 14 days of booking.

4.) Payment Options

- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- More than one credit card can be accepted for split payments. A link to upload an additional credit card can be provided after the initial booking; please contact us to inquire.
- We may be able to accept Venmo or Zelle; please contact us prior to booking.
- Custom payment schedules can be discussed if needed; please contact us to inquire.
